Digitalization of the national economy as a catalyst of its economic and technological growth

Reviewed the digitalization (the use of digital technologies) of social production in Ukraine in order to improve its efficiency. Generalized successful international practice, highlighted the problems of its implementation in individual sectors of the national economy. Estimated the degree of institutional support of the encouragement of ICT development.
The top priority, at present, is recognized the cluster of ICT for non-cash payments in view of its possible effect on the national economy in terms of eliminating technical problems, infrastructure development and institutionalization. In public policy, to encourage ICT, it is necessary to strengthen its consistency, sequence, completeness, and compliance with the creation of appropriate legislation.
