Theoretical foundations of the analysis of mezzo-economic systems

The main theoretical problems of mezzo-economic system designing have been analyzed in this article. For this purpose, the system theory, synergetic and homeostatic approaches, the main principles of dialectics (especially principle contradiction) have been used. Mezzo-systems (including economical ones) have been analyzed as ways (methods) to reach the macro-goal (in a selected scale). Structure of mezzo-economic system, processes, goals, functions, typology and the main stages of mezzo-systems designing have been revealed
