The resources of the corporate pension fund in the system of sources

ABSTRACT ▼
The article deals with the problem of the creation of corporate pension funds in Ukraine. The author discusses the restrictions on the investment portfolio of non-government pension funds in the recently adopted Law on Non-Government Pension Provision This problem has not been adequately addressed in the modern Ukrainian economic literature, thus the article analyses relevant international experience, including in such countries as USA and Russian Federation. The author proposes new restriction limits on investing non-government pension funds’ assets and justifies the advisability to raise the interest rates on the assets invested in the shares of the company which is the owner of non-government pension fund.
