Guidelines of the organization of strategic management in insurance companies

The author highlights the components of strategic management in insurance companies, and conducts a detailed analysis of the subsystems for the management of insurers. The article proposes various measures concerning the development of an efficient strategy for the companies' activities on insurance market.
