The authors deal with the problem of the quantification of tax and fiscal risks. The proposed of methodology to assess those indicators allows, on the basis of inductive approach, quali-tative verification of tax and fiscal risks, which makes it possible to solve important tasks related to tax control and audit, and budget planning and forecasting
