Foundations and priorites of national investment policies

ABSTRACT ▼
The article considers the problems connected with the analysis of government's role as a direct investor and a subject of investment regulation in the transitional Ukrainian economy. On the basis of internal logic of reproduction processes, the authors justify objective foundations of fiscal regulation. The authors propose a variant of model to determine quotas of centralized public investments. The article provides determination of main directions of government's monetary interference in investment processes.

The author states conceptual aspects of economic synergetics, and outlines its place in the subject space of the fundamental economic science. Contents and stages of evolution in Ukraine’s economy are considered in the context of synergetic interactions, self-organization, and interrelation between order and chaos.
