ABSTRACT ▼
The article deals with modeling the impact of the taxation system on economic activities. In particular, the author investigates the stimulating effects of taxation. The article proposes a model to assess the effect of tax change on the economy, which allows for separated fast and slow interactions. The author considers the conceptual principles of the long-term im-pact of tax rates on the amount of tax revenues and proves the potential possibility to raise the budget revenues by lowering tax rates
