OF FORMATION OF THE PUBLIC OPINION
The investigation’s objective consisted in specifying the evaluations expressed by the population and by the leaders of formation of the public opinion as to Ukraine’s integration into Single Economic Space. As research methods, the authors used sociological polls of the population and questioning of experts. The article shows that there exists a polarization of public opinion as regards integration guidelines, while the predominant trend is perception of Single Economic Space as an alternative to the EU. In the society there are preconditions for the population’s support of the integration into Single Economic Space, which would correspond to the WTO requirements

The article provides analysis of the interaction between the system of vocational education and labor market, as well as the ways and stages of young people's entry to labor market, in particular, search of the first job. The authors determine the motives and preconditions of young people's external migration. Priority models of young people's behavior and adaptation strategies have been specified on the basis of monitoring-based sociological research. There are recommendations oriented to optimization of the government regulation of youth employment and employment promotion, as well as prevention of unemployment and massive labor migration

Using the methods of sociological research, they show that, based on the indicators of lifelong learn-ing, one can judge about the status of the activities on gaining socio-cultural competencies as mani-festations of human capital, which expands the possibilities of socio-economic monitoring of the ac-cumulation of human capital in Ukraine
