ABSTRACT ▼
The author analyzes the EU documents regarding the policy of nanoscience and nanotechnologies. On the example of Germany, she demonstrates state support of national nanoindustry and its results, assesses the corresponding group of institutions, technological guidelines of research and sectors at whose innovation needs it is oriented. The article identifies the institutions of NAS of Ukraine Institutions, whose nanotech innovative products are focused on the national economy.
The author points to the disparities in the state order for training of specialists capable of generating new knowledge, and producing, adapting and using advanced technologies. The most popular nanoscience sectors in business are determined.
The author proposes her vision of the key targets of state support for the development of nanoscience and nanotechnology in Ukraine, such as: development of fundamental knowledge, revival of technological innovations and their commercialization, and compliance with social responsibility in the process of nanotechnology development.
